A DIGI-Paint Virtual event was organised on 12th June, which aimed to present useful and tailor-made tools for training in the field of painting and decoration.
It was an event organised by EPP, with the support of UNIEP and all the other Partners, to show teachers, educators and stakeholders the first results achieved by the DIGI-Paint project.
What topics were covered?
- Pedagogical Guidelines for Instructors
- Video Tutorial
- Interactive real-life situations to work-based learning periods (Pathologies, identification and treatment / Calculations, measurements and costs / Coating the woodwork / Spraying a raw plaster ceiling)
- Database of digital tools to support painting educators
- HUB for educators in painting/decorating and construction
Moments of discussion, exchange of ideas and good practice between the project partners and the guests provided good input for the continuation and conclusion of the project.
The event brought together participants representing businesses, companies and schools. They were motivated and keen to test the project’s tools, given the potential it represents for digital education in the field.
